Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Kriyo. Usually, we don’t provide Returns, but if you receive a t-shirt that has any manufacturing defect and delivery issue, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy for 5 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, product(s) must be in their original condition with all tags intact and need to be share your query via E-mail/WhatsApp to our customer support executives on below contact details with below required details / format within 5 days from the date of delivery (including the day of delivery) –

Returned and Refund
We do refunds only in genuine cases of delivery issue and defective products and on no other grounds.
In some exceptional cases if a return is accepted, please note that all product(s) must be in their original condition with all tags intact and pass our quality inspection during the reverse pickup with providing the receipt or proof of purchase for a smooth return.
We strongly recommend that do not accept the damaged package at the time of delivery. And also, please record a video while you open/unpack your order, keeping all stickers/labels intact. This video serves as your proof in case of missing/damaged product(s) or parcel(s). Without video proof, returns and refunds cannot be processed.
If the product(s) passes the quality check once it reaches our warehouse, the refund will be initiated within 24-48 hours. It should be credited to your payment method or provided bank account within 7 to 10 business days for prepaid or COD orders, depending on your bank’s processing times.
Returns and refunds are not possible if there is a slight variation in the color or design of the product(s) delivered.
Product(s) purchased during the sale will not be eligible for a refund.
Exchange
We provide a free exchange if query is sent within 5 days from date of delivery (including day of delivery) only in case of size issue and defective/ wrong product received.
For a smooth and instant exchange process, please note that all product(s) must be in their original condition with all tags intact and pass our quality inspection during the reverse pickup with providing the receipt or proof of purchase for a smooth return.
We strongly recommend recording a video while you open/unpack your order, keeping all stickers/labels intact. This video serves as your proof in case of missing/damaged product(s) or parcel(s). Without video proof, exchange cannot be processed.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability and can be initiated only once per product.
We can exchange another size or another correct product of the same value depending on your product requirements. But, if the value of the new exchange product is higher than the first product, an additional cost will be charged as per the cost of the new product (difference in product amount) and will have to be paid online.
In some exception cases, if an exchange is processed 2nd time, then Rs 100/- will be charged extra.
Reverse Pickup Services
We provide a reverse pickup service for your convenience. The product(s) must pass quality inspection for instant return, or exchange process. A reverse shipment is free of cost. Each order will have only one reverse pickup attempts.
Self-ship in case of non-serviceable areas: If your Pincode is non-serviceable for reverse pickup, please self-ship the product(s) to our warehouse.

(Note: Share the courier docket for tracking with our team and ensure the product(s) are securely packed with the ORDER ID and registered mobile number on the packaging.)
Refund for Self-Shipping: Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the product(s) at our warehouse in unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact, and after passing a quality check. You will receive a full refund plus up to INR 100 (in lieu of courier charges). The courier amount will be refunded to your provided bank account for prepaid or COD orders.
(Note: We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ for returns, as it is a reliable, government-owned entity with India’s largest postal network)
Cancellations/Modifications
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 3 hours after the order is placed. (change number, address, product style or size)

If the request is raised after 3 hours and order enters the processing phase, then it is difficult to us cancel or modify (except changes in address or contact info.) and Rs. 100/- will be deducted from the refund amount. Rest of the amount will be credited to your payment method or provided bank account within 7 to 10 business depending on your bank’s processing times.
(Note: The amount will be deducted because of the shipping charges and the processing charges incurred by us.)
Defective/Damaged Product(s) or Parcel
If you receive a damaged/defective/used/tags missing/wrong product(s), please contact our support team within 48 hours with photos or open/unpacking video. We will arrange for a new product to be sent to you at no additional charge.
If you receive a torn/damaged/empty parcel, please do not accept it. If you receive any unrelated product(s) or an empty parcel, you are requested to raise a query within 48 hours of delivery. We strongly recommend recording a video while you open/unpack your order, keeping all stickers/labels intact.
Terms & Conditions
Ensure the provided bank account details are accurate as errors will not be the responsibility of Kriyo.
Customers must take utmost care of the product(s) while they are in their possession.
Please check the size guide before placing an order.
The colour of products may vary according to the customer’s screen resolution.
For orders placed using the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method, a cash handling charge of INR 50 will be applied per product. This charge covers the additional costs associated with processing and handling cash payments, there are no additional charges for prepaid orders. Customers who choose to pay in advance using credit/debit cards, net banking, or any other prepaid method will not incur any extra fees.
If payment is made through third-party platforms and you have not received any updates regarding payment or cashback, please contact the respective payment platform. Kriyo is not responsible for such scenarios.
For prepaid orders, if you receive a delivery confirmation via SMS or email but have not received the products, please contact us within 48 hours.
